Internships
----------

ASER Centre welcomes undergraduate and graduate students as short term interns. Interns must find their own funding to travel to and live in India (usually New Delhi) for the duration of their internship, which typically takes one of two forms:

  • University sponsored interns will formulate a project with a faculty member who provides direct academic supervision during the internship. ASER Centre helps to organize research sites, logistical and administrative support as necessary, as well as mentoring from our in-house team.
  • Individuals interested in gaining experience working at ASER Centre will typically be offered an internship if ongoing projects can benefit from the candidate's skills and abilities. Experience in tool development, data analysis, or course development are always useful. In addition to providing valuable opportunities to gain field and analytical experience, ASER Centre provides academic, logistical and administrative support as needed.
